Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Additional non-returnable items:
– Gift cards
– Some health and personal care items

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds on Skin Care products are allowed within 7 days of purchase.  Products cannot be refunded if they have been opened or used at any time.

Gift Cards are not refundable or exchangeable at any time. Gift Cards are redeemable for purchases only and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
