Spa Guest Information
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your schedule first spa appointment to allow yourself time to check-in. All body treatment guests are requested to shower before receiving the service.
Tipping is always appreciated and left to the discretion of our clients. Regretfully, we can not include gratuities on credit card or debit cards. 20% tips will be added to all spa services and spa service promotions; which include all facials, and body treatments .
The Spa treatment and services you select are reserved especially just for you. If you need to make a date change or a cancellation, we require a 24 hour notification on all spa services. Please respect our policy and make every attempt to be on time for your appointment. This allows us time to consult with you and provide the best service possible. It also gives you time to unwind, relax and enjoy our refreshment bar and snacks. Client will be asked for a credit card number to reserve their spa appointment. Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee in the amount of the full price of your service, billed directly to your credit card.
Your punctuality is greatly appreciated so that we can dedicate the appropriate amount of time to each and every one of our special guest. It also gives you time to unwind, relax and enjoy our Juice Bar. Should you be running behind, please call and let us know first. If you are late for your appointment, we will have to shorten the duration of your service so that others are not inconvenienced. So arrive early to enjoy what our Spa got to offer and remember your treatment will end on time regardless how late you start. How to Disrobe? You may wear undergarments or swim wear if you feel comfortable for your body treatment. However, our therapists are trained to drape you discreetly and to protect your privacy at all times.
Communicating Your Preferences:
All aspects of treatment can usually be modified to your taste: amount of light, kind (or absence) of music, room temperature, and whether or not you choose to have a conversation or enjoy the treatment in silence. If you want the therapist to go deeper or be gentler, let her know. Also, feel free to ask questions. Your therapist will appreciate knowing your thoughts and clarifying any issues you may have. If any part of your experience is unsatisfactory, please let us know.
All of our staffs are operating as a team and we encourage you to select any of our highly trained, qualified and experienced staff members or change staff members at any time.
Cell Phones AND SMOKING:
As a courtesy to others, please silence cell phones and pagers when entering the spa. Our spa is 100% SMOKE FREE!
Please disclose any medical condition and/or pregnancy as you check in and most importantly to your treatment specialist. We are not allow to performing any service on pre-condition skin, nails and toe nails. Drink plenty of water two hours before and after exercise, body or facial treatments. This will aid in liberating your body from toxins.
We are not responsible for lost, damage or stolen to personal articles. It is our suggestion that you leave all valuables at home or with you during your stay.
The successful of our Spa business is based on referrals from valued guests like you. Please let us know who else can use our exceptional service by referring them to us, and we will appreciate you with 20% (up to $10) off toward your next service with us. Please ask our Front Desk for details.
If you can provide us with your active school ID then you will get 10% off (up to $10) of the total services received, on all of our exceptional services.

Nirvana gift cards are the easiest way to give and the great way to show a friend or loved one you care by giving them the gift of relaxation and rejuvenation. We offer gift cards for any services and/or at any dollar amount you desire at our spa.
We accept these gift cards for SERVICES ONLY; and, they cannot be combined with any other specials or discounts.
